Non-Discrimination and Handicap Policy
Jenny Lea Academy of Cosmetology is in compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1974, as amended, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, color, religion and ethnic origin. The School is in compliance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 in that no qualified person, by reason of handicap, will be excluded from enrolling in the course of instruction. The school will work with any handicap applicant to ensure that needed or special services are available.
